We have been shopping for two days and just left the Wayne Mazda dealership who of course tried to sell me a car for much more than I knew it was worth. I called Maxon. I told Scott what car I wanted, and what I needed my out the door price to be. I told him that I am tired of going from dealer to dealer. I wanted to know if if they can sell me the car at the price I wanted. He put me on hold for a few minutes and told me they can. He also asked if he can start preparing the car. When we got there, the car was almost ready. Paulette was working with me on the paperwork using exactly the numbers that we agreed to, while my husband test drove it. We waited a little bit for the final paperwork to be prepared, and then sat down with I believe John to fill it out. He kept to the internet price; he was not pushy or overbearing; he did not sell me anything that I did not need or want. At the end, we Geo kindly speeded up the final stages and we were out of there with a new car within 2 hours. I like Maxon because they let me "buy-a-car and didn't use any of the "bait-and-switch" tactics. Compared to the other two dealerships we visited Scott, Paulette, John and Geo were above and beyond reproach. I commend them for their salesmanship and general respect for the buyer. The aforementioned are the reasons why I chose to Give Maxon Mazda dealership the highest rating possible

They are a great team and a pleasure to deal with. I got a quote from them on the internetat and no time did they pressure me to buy anything nor did they use "bait and switch" tactics: they were direct and the price they quoted was the price I paid. Before coming to Hyundai, I went to two Nissan dealerships and I found them to be arrogant and abnoxious: they lost my business because of their attitude but not Mr. Williams and Ms. Cowan. It was because of how they handled me that Hyundai got my business and I got a great car: Kudos to Paulette and Scott.

The best part of Maxon dealer is its best price and ease of financing options.

I am extremely thankful to Bob(Bob Brown) ,my fave Sales person, who gave an excellent information of the car i was looking for.Without him,i would not have purchased the car at all.And,of course, the finance person, John ,who was extremely knowledgeable in making me understand about my various payment options.Without him,the paperwork and loan approval would not have been "the smoother".

Recently purchased a brand new Mazda 3 GT with Moonroof/Bose package. Mr. Scott Williams from Maxon replied immediately and also followed up with a phone call. He answered all my questions promptly. Next day when I arrived at the Dealership both Mr. Williams and Ms. Paulette Cowan handled all the purchasing task with professionalism and courtesy. At no point they tried to sell me anything more than what I needed. The whole experience was pretty good - best among my last four car purchases. I will definitely recommend this dealer based on my experience. By the way I am having a blast with the Mazda 3 GT.

Our salesperson Mark Soliven was very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions about the cars. His helpfulness didn't end after we drove the car off the lot. He followed up with us to make sure we were totally satisfied with our car, and faxed all the neccessary paperwork to our insurance company in a timely manner. I was on the market for a new car and decided to get some quotes from different dealers through the internet. Maxon was prompt to respond to my request and was the one that offered me the best quote… destination fee was included in quote. Once I arrived at the dealer I was paired with Omar (salesman) who was able to get me a very good deal for the car I want it. The stuff was friendly and at no time did I feel push by them to settle on a price I did not like… negotiations went very smuth.

Omar did a great job with us. We walked in late Saturday afternoon to find out more about the Hyundai Santa Fe and walked out that evening owning one. Omar laid out the reasons that the car made sense and educated us on the brand. He was forthright in his dealings wiht us which we greatly appreciated, and not overly aggressive which we also appreciated. Great job by Omar!
I do think the salespersons should be provied a standard form from the dealer that allows them to fill out the necessary information with a quote that also lays out the additional charges such as the processing fee, titling, etc. I think that would be helpful for everyone while considering a purchase and prevents any surprises or misunderstandings.

The service team at Maxon was outstanding. Service manager Rick Webber and his entire team were true professionals. When I brought my explorer in for repairs, I was given a timely evaluation and a great price. Through out the service I was called and given progress updates. At one point I was called and told the replacement blend door actuator I needed was unfortunately on national back order for 1 week. Maxon had already supplied me with a loaner and told me to keep it as long as I needed, I was more then grateful. Within the same day I got another call from service manager webber. Somehow, somewhere, he was able to personally locate this part by making calls all over the state. They dispatched a driver and got the part that day. I had my truck back the next day! Absolutely fantastic. I even met Mr. Michael Ciasulli, the owner and he knew all the details of my Explorers status, don’t see that anywhere! If I can quote General Macarthur… “I shall return” !!!

Car purchase is generally an onerous matter. But while the process was lengthy, we were impressed that the dealership was able to conclude this sale that very day, including trade-in. Helpful, friendly staff. But this site also has some fair nerve "insisting" that we write 250+ characters. Terseness is generally a virtue, after all.

WOW!! What a difference a dealer makes!!
I've already posted the issues I encountered at Mazda of Lodi. This place IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND WONDERFUL!!!!
I was actually acknowledged BEFORE I even entered the building, by Jaime. I went inside and was greeted by VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, and CURTEOUS staff members immediately. I was showing my wife the Mazda 6 and telling her about it (I had already decided to go with an Altima, but wanted to show my wife the 6 as an fyi). Jaime was there - not hanging all over us, no pressure - but just pointing things out that I missed and explaining things better than I ever could.
Because of those three guys (see above), I ended up leasing the 6 today instead of going with the deal I had already set up with Nissan for this coming Tuesday (and that one was made with a friend of mine!)!!
Jaime could not do enough for us!! His attitude, knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism CAN NOT BE MATCHED!! Mathieu, even though we had no business with him as a salesman, at the end of the day proved to be a gentleman and a man of integrity and someone I would also recommend highly. I learned something from him today (and hopefully, I gave him a few pointers too! lol). Although the deal was pretty much already done, I met with Edwin who handled the few remaining negotiations (little stuff - and he even asked Jaime for advice in front of us - maybe those things cost him some commission, I don't know, but he didn't even hesitate in saying "Yes.").
Through it all, it was all done out in the open and professionally. No nonsense of having to talk with this guy or that guy, no stress, no b/s, no pressure. They even had the car ready before I was (I had to get the title for my trade and my checkbook as I wasn't thinking I was going to buy anything!) and offered to give it to me with me coming back later, at my convenience, with the down payment and other things!! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
I've purchased and leased many vehicles over my many years - - THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!
Now THIS is how to run a VERY SUCCESSFUL DEALERSHIP!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
